Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaibais set to adapt its longest and most exciting arc in the Infinity Castle trilogy. The upcoming films, expected to be released over the next four to five years, are poised to redefine the industry. The official trailer has already set the tone for what fans can expect by offering a glimpse of the potential battles set to take place in Muzan’s den.
While all the main characters are featured in it, the trailer has also left fans in the dark about the potential fights of some fan favorites. For some strange reason, Tanjiro and Zenitsu’s best friend, Inosuke, does not even appear in the trailer. This has probably confused his well-wishers, who must be wondering whom Inosuke will facein the Infinity Castle.
Who Will Be Inosuke’s Adversary in Infinity Castle?
Inosuke is Set to Face a High-Ranking Demon in Muzan’s Lair
The Infinity Castle movie trailer establishes the groundwork for three major battles that are set to take place in the Demon King’s lair. Tanjiro, who has been burning with a desire for vengeance,will finally confront Akaza. Meanwhile, Shinobu and Zenitsu appear to be locked in as they face Doma and Kaigaku, respectively. Other Hashira are also expected to reunite with their peers in the war against Muzan’s underlings.

Although Tanjiro, Muichiro, and Mitsuri have manifested a Demon Slayer Mark, it is still not enough of a power boost to fight the top threeUpper Moons single-handedly. The trailer does offer a glimpse of how the battle initially starts, but they are destined to take an interesting turn as other demon slayers rush to help their friends. That’s why, even though Inosuke was missing from the trailer, it should not be a cause for concern, especially since he was seen falling into Muzan’s lair in the season 4 finale.
But that brings us to the important question: Who will Inosuke eventually face in the Infinity Castle? Although the trailer has revealed that Shinobu will be the first demon slayer to cross paths with Doma, she will not be the only one to fight him. At some point, the battle will take an unprecedented turn, forcingInosuke to team up with Kanaoto fight the Upper Moon.
But since none of thethree demon slayers who confront Domahave manifested a mark yet, they will have to do without it. This will make things interesting as the combatants will be forced to adapt or perish. The high-stakes scenario will bring out the best in them, but it remains to be seen if that would be enough to bring down someone of Doma’s stature.
Inosuke’s Versus Doma
Does Hashibira Even Stand a Chance Against the Upper Moon?
Inosuke is obviously nowhere near as powerful as anUpper Moon of the Twelve Kizuki. Luckily for him, he won’t be facing Doma alone. With Kanao by his side, he will have a trustworthy ally to fall back on as push comes to shove. They may not have fought together before, but their shared experiences and anger will unite them so well that they will enter a trance-like state, becoming each other’s strength.
Inosuke’s biggest strength has always been his versatility and fighting spirit. Despite growing up in the mountains and without formal training,he invented Beast Breathing,an offshoot of Wind Breathing. As he faces his biggest challenge so far, his creativity will be his biggest strength, as most traditional fighting techniques will prove to be ineffective against Doma.
While there will be quite a few battles in the Infinity Castle, Shinobu, Inosuke, and Kanao’s fight against the Upper Rank Two will arguably be the most emotional. It will be filled with horrifying twists and turns that will keep fans guessing till the very end. When the dust finally settles, the audience will be left in awe of what they have witnessed.
