When you’re exploring the Cyber World in Chapter 2 ofDeltarune, you’re sure to come across theAcid Tunnel of Love.Here, the party boards a swan boat and rides it until they run into a blue hand. This opens up a new area where you have to solve a couple of puzzles in the acid rooms. Like all otherpuzzles inDeltarune, these can get a bit tricky and challenging. This guide covers how you can clear the acid room, including the acid room mouse puzzle, and raise the bridge to continue your journey inDeltarune.
How To Clear the Acid Room in Deltarune Chapter 2
When you get off the swan boat and explore the new area, you’ll eventually seeRed and Blue Houses. These housesact as switches. Each house is connected tored and blue lines, which control the tiles on the board. When you interact with a house, it changes color and activates a different set of tiles, opening new paths.
From the first house, create a path to go straight up. There, you’ll run into a fight with aWerewire. Defeat this enemy to get access to the area with a treasure chest. You willget aRevive Dustfrom thischest.
Come back down and use the houses to create paths and moveeastacross the water. On the next screen, you’ll find aSwatchlingtrapped on an island.
After helping the Swatchling, go back west, then create a path to gonorth. In the next acid room, there’s anothermouse puzzlewaiting for you.
Acid Room Mouse Puzzle Guide
This puzzle is a lot similar to the Annoying Mouse Room puzzles in Chapter 2, but with the new house mechanic. The room features two treasure chests and a series of houses that can be toggled between red and blue. The goal is to guide mice totwo gray houseson theright sideof the screen.
When you enter the room, hit the second Red house to turn it Blue.Then, use the traffic light to release the mise. They’ll go straight into the top house on the right.
Next,hit the third house to turn it Blue. Release the mice again, and they’ll be guided to the second house on the right. The house colors should be in this combination:Red, Blue, Blue, Red.
Once both thered and blue house goals are met, you’ll get a message saying thebridge was raised. After you solve the mouse puzzle, head left to reach a new screen with a lever. Pull the lever to trigger an event, then follow the path downward to return to the swan boat.
