SomeCyberpunk 2077players believe developer CD Projekt Red may already be teasing the game’s next major update, which could include some previously cut content. Earlier this week, CD Projekt Red launched the highly anticipated 2.3 update forCyberpunk 2077, which added some new features and content to the massive RPG. But just a few hours later and fans have already found what they believe to be an in-game teaser for a possible 2.4 patch.

On July 17, following a delay of three weeks, CD Projekt Red releasedupdate 2.3 forCyberpunk 2077. The patch is available to download now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and even Nintendo Switch 2. While CD Projekt Red has previously insisted that it would no longer be supporting the 2020 RPG with new content, it has employed the help of Virtuos to continue giving fans fresh surprises. The game’s most recent update introduces four new vehicles, an auto-drive feature, enhancements to the game’s photo mode, numerous bug fixes, quality-of-life improvements, and more.

With most fans busy discoveringeverythingCyberpunk2077’s long-awaited 2.3 patch has to offer, it’s no surprise that some have already stumbled across what they believe to be a potential teaser for a future update. Players have been taking to Twitter to showcase new banners scattered around Night City that seemingly advertise a casino, something that was initially part of the game’s concept art in 2020 but never made its way into the full game. Considering these banners weren’t in-game before patch 2.3, it seems as though CD Projekt Red is teasing a casino for a future update, possibly patch 2.4.

Cyberpunk 2077 Fans Think More Content Is on the Way

Ever since the release of the critically acclaimedPhantom Libertyexpansion forCyberpunk 2077, fans have begged CD Projekt Red to develop another DLC. If a casino is coming to the game in the future, it’s more than likely going to be via a free content update and not another DLC. CD Projekt Red has reportedly already canceled plans for aCyberpunk 2077Moon DLC, as data miners uncovered references to the expansion via in-game files. And with the development ofCyberpunk 2now well underway, a second expansion seems unlikely.

Back in May, CD Projekt Red gave fans apromising update onCyberpunk 2, previously known as Project Orion. The studio revealed that the highly anticipated sequel had now entered the pre-production phase. This means that the nextCyberpunkgame has officially ended its conceptual phase, and prototypes for the sequel will officially begin being worked on by developers. Unfortunately, it’s likely still going to be quite a few years before it’s in the hands of gamers. But the good news is that CD Projekt Red’s other massive RPG,The Witcher 4, is much further along in its development cycle.
