Dynasty mode is one of the biggest attractions inEA Sports College Football 26, and you can create your own custom coach with a unique backstory that gives you special skills. There are three coach backstories to choose from inCollege Football 26, and each of them caters to a different playstyle.

You can ultimately obtain skills from each of the three backstories as you level up your coach and play more Dynasty mode matches, but you’ll be locked out of certain skill trees during your first season or two, depending on which backstory you go with. It’s not a huge deal since all three backstories have solid skill sets for any school archetype, but you should still pick the backstory that best aligns with your goals as a Dynasty coach inNCAA 26.

TheMotivatorandTacticianbackstories are strong, too, but they’re much more situational. Tactician gives you skills that make your players better on gameday, letting you flex your coaching prowess to make subpar players look like superstars on the field.
