As spotted byTheGamer, a recent leak has shown off footage from an early build ofRoute 666, an unannounced, canceled spin-off ofRide to Hell: Retribution. The footage was posted in a Reddit thread by TanFlo1997 over on the GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit, with the build dated to April 2013, just a few short months beforeRide to Hell: Retribution’s disastrous release. From what can be seen in the admittedly early build ofRoute 666, it seems to have thatunintentionally funny gamevibe that madeRide to Hell: Retributionso noteworthy, although from an actual gameplay standpoint, it’s difficult to argue that it would have been much of an improvement over its predecessor.
