Why Naruto never reused them is a mystery, but perhaps, in Two Blue Vortex, this mystery will finally be resolved.

All that’s clear in the story right now is that the Shinju are falling one by one.Jura, the strongest should fall soon, and after him, Hidari will likely follow, which means that Sasuke’s return is close.
