However, with Two Blue Vortex, Kishimoto has now introduced villains that can surpass even the Otsutsuki, and this is largely down to their incredible growth rate. As some fans might’ve guessed already, it is none other than Shinju, especially Jura and Hidari.
The Otsutsuki Were The Pinnacle Of Strength In Boruto
The Otsutsuki Clan has played a significant rolein theBorutoseries. Being alien parasites who feed on the energy of planets to grow stronger, fans knew that they would be the main enemies in the story later down the line. In Part 1 of Boruto, fans got to see exciting battles featuring the Otsutsuki, such as Momoshiki Otsutsuki and even Isshiki Otsutsuki, among others. It goes without saying that in Part 1 of Boruto, the Otsutsuki were almost unbeatable, except for Naruto and Sasuke. Their strength was immense and their overall ability was far above those of the mortals.

That said, all Otsutsuki were limited by the fact that they had fixed power until they consumed more Chakra Fruits. The Otsutsuki could grow stronger upon consumption of these fruits, and that’s precisely why the new villains are even more dangerous.
The Shinju Can Be More Dangerous Than The Otsutsuki
The Shinju Have Emerged Thanks to Code
The Shinju have evolved from the Ten Tails in Boruto. When Code used the Claw Marks on the Ten Tails, he created the Claw Grimes. These Claw Grimes ate those with chakra, and at some point, gained sentience, leading to the birth of the Shinju. They’re undeniably overpowered, but the biggest threat of them all is on an entirely different level.

There is no denying that Jura is strong. In fact,he is already stronger than the average Otsutsuki, such as Kinshiki. But, there’s more to him than just that. Unlike the other Shinju, Jura isn’t based on any human. He is the humanoid reincarnation of the Ten Tails itself. This makes him the most dangerous of all Shinju. What’s even scarier is the fact that he has a shocking growth rate. He gets stronger by gaining more knowledge or simply by fighting and gaining experience. Jura is so difficult to beat that Kashin Koji, who believed Isshiki could be beaten, thinks that Jura being beaten has a 1 in a million chance.
Jura Can Surpass Even Isshiki Otsutsuki
While Jura clearly isn’t onthe same level as Isshiki Otsutsukijust yet, fans know very well that he can get to that level in the future. This is largely because he will continue to grow. He wants the Nine Tails, and he could even consume others that he takes down. Eventually, he will grow to be a threat even bigger than Isshiki Otsutsuki, and in general, someone above the average Otsutsuki level.
