Best Teams for Saber in HSR
Saber’s playstyle revolves around heavy use of Ultimate abilities. She has a special Talent calledDragon Core Reactor, which lets her receive a DMG buff and extra Energy whenever an ally uses an Ultimate. This is arguably the most important part of her kit, as it determines what teams players should build for her.
With that being said, the best Saber team inHSRuses the same hypercarry template used by many other DPS characters like Seele and Feixiao:

Support Option 1: Sunday
Sunday is one of the best support units in the game thanks to his myriad of buffs, which includes an Action Advanceand Energy Regeneration ability. Saber heavily benefits from CRIT DMG and Energy Regeneration, and thanks to Sunday’s Action Advance effect, Saber will be able to build Energy for her Ultimate more often. The latter effect synergizes extremely well with Dragon Reactor Core, especially since she can advance her own action by herself.
If you don’t have Sunday, consider the following alternatives:
Support Option 2: Tribbie
Perhaps the second best-in-slot support for Saber is Tribbie. Having Tribbie around to provide All-Type RES PEN on top of Sunday’s CRIT buffs massively increases Saber’s damage output, and since the team will be spamming Ultimates a lot, Tribbie’s Follow-Up Attacks can help stack even more damage on top of Saber’s attacks.
If you don’t have Tribbie, you can use any of the support units mentioned previously. Alternatively, you can use this vacant slot fora Nihility character inHSRwho can debuff enemies to take more damage. Good options include:
Sustain Option: Huohuo
Huohuo is an excellent healer for a Saber team inHSRsince she can regenerate Energy for everyone on the team. Remember: the more you can spam your team’s Ultimates, the better Saber’s performance becomes.
Players who don’t have Huohuo should use any sustain unit they have, so long as they’re capable of keeping the team alive. Consider the following alternatives:
