The Giant Head BT is fierce, but certainly not one that will take players lengthy attempts to destroy. This BT doesn’t move all that much, and its attacks are not that strong. However, this BT will try and consume Sam with its open and gaping mouth to create a voidout, which is essentially a game over, so try tokeep a good distancefrom this enemy.

However, the Red Samurai is easily bested in a one-on-one simply because the Battle Guitar that Sam holds has infinite ammo during this fight, so long-range blasts will be a joke against a teleporting foe, but that doesn’t mean players should underestimate a close-up melee brawl.

4Higgs

An Epic Finale Featuring Guitar-on-Guitar

The final boss fight inDeath Stranding 2is against the main antagonist, Higgs. In an effort to stop the Last Stranding and get revenge on the man who has caused so much pain, Sam and Higgs come to blows in an epic finale with Battle Guitars. Whether it’s fighting through the obstacles and cover of APAS' servers and tombs, or fighting atop a giant BT, this fight is by far the most epic, with a clash of guitars and roar of emotion, but it’s not overly hard.Players can healeasily thanks to the Cryptobiotes Sam can eat, and the fact that the Battle Guitar has infinite ammunition.

3Giga BT

The Ginormous BT Humanoid

The Giga BT is intimidating in size, providing players with an endgame boss fight that will cause immense fear to reign within Sam and Dollman as they look up at this literal giant BT. With its incredible size, the Giga BT is subdued by its slow and heavy moving speed, but one wrong move will see players attacked and almost killed instantly. With an umbilical cord attached, players will want to focus their fire on the red bulb that appears to cause this Giga BT to stun, which gives them a few moments of respite as they blast the Giga BT back to the beach with plenty of rockets.

2Neil Vana

An Unstoppable and Skilled Fighter Who Uses DOOMs to Conquer

A mysterious stranger drags Sam into the tar, and now Sam is being hunted in this Strange Realm. The identity of this strange man with his bandanna might have players confuse him with Solid Snake, but despite being a fakeout, this is someone who shouldn’t be underestimated. Players will face Neil Vana three times inDeath Stranding 2, and each encounter isharder than the last. Neil is extremely deadly and tactical, hiding behind corners and using his skeletal mercenaries to subdue Sam, while teleporting away if he gets too hurt. While his boss fight repeats across three stages, the arenas and weaponry always make it an intense fight.

1The Lord of Tar Lake

The Moby Dick of Boss Fights

The Lord of Tar Lake comes in as the hardest boss fight inDeath Stranding 2. Players will be able to take on this optional boss fight as soon as they connect the Fisherman to the Chiral Network after bringing the F5 East Distribution Center online. The Lord of Tar Lake is no joke, as players are required to send in the bait with another powerful BT just so the Lord of Tar Lake has something to consume before the big fight. The fight itself involves a whale BT, one that swims elegantly through the air with a size unseen. With its laser beam attacks and ability to swallow a large area of Tar Lake with one gulp, this beast requires an entire military’s worth of arsenal to take it down for good.
