Having appeared as a secret skater in the series' first three mainline instalments as well as the 2020 remakes of the first two games,Officer Dick is incredibly popular withTony Hawk’s Pro Skaterfans. With that in mind, it should come as no surprise to learn that the playful policeman returns inTony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4.
Players will run into him in various locations, although some may not realize that it’s actually possible to unlock him as a playable character. Doing so is far from easy, but by understanding how to unlock Officer Dick inTony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4, players can at least make the task a little less daunting.
How to Unlock Officer Dick in THPS 3+4
Tounlock Officer Dick(or Constable Richard, as he’s well known), players will need tofind the secret police-themed panda plushie in every stage. After finding all 19 panda plushies, Constable Richard will show up in the Secret Shop, where he can be purchased for 5,000 Skater Bucks. Thankfully, once you know all of their locations, finding the panda plushies isn’t too difficult, although those hoping to track them down without any help will definitely have their work cut out for them.
Finding all 19THPS 3+4panda plushies becomes a whole lot easier if you use photo mode to look around the map and pinpoint their exact locations.
Where to Find the Foundry Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
The Foundry panda plushie is up on a ledge above the area with the vat of molten metal, directly opposite where players spawn in. After reaching the upper area here, players should jump on top of the quarter pipe to their left and then look for the panda plushie in the corner near some pipes.
Where to Find the Canada Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
Players will find the Canada plushie on top of a circular vert ramp with a tree growing in the center. It’s directly behind the stage’s spawn point and is quite difficult to miss due to its prominent placement.
Where to Find the Rio Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
The Rio panda plushie is in some bushes near a circular fountain in the corner to the right of where players spawn in.
Where to Find the Suburbia Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
The Suburbia panda plushie is in the secret skatepark that players unlock after delivering the axe to the Thin Man. To reach it, players should grind the lip of the quarter pipe and then transfer onto the wall behind it.
Where to Find the Airport Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
Players can find the Airport panda plushie behind the sign for Gate C2, which is for a flight bound for Tokyo. The gate in question is in the lower part of the stage.
Where to Find the Skater Island Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
The Skater Island panda plush is behind a half-buried rowboat in the beach area with the pirate ship.
Where to Find the Los Angeles Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
To reach the Los Angeles panda plushie, players will first need to open the grates by grinding the nearby rails, which should trigger the “They’re Grate” gap. After doing so, they can drop down and pick up the panda.
Where to Find the Tokyo Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
Finding the Tokyo panda plush is pretty tricky. First, players will need to grind the wall to the left of the spawn point so that the giant coin falls, granting access to a secret skatepark. In this new area, players should drop down into the bowl to their right and then get up onto the lip. If they follow the ledge around to the left of the concrete cylinder, they’ll find the panda plushie hanging out on a small ledge.
Where to Find the Cruise Ship Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
The Cruise Ship panda plush is in a flower planter above some ramps on the lower deck of the ship.
Where to Find the College Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
The College panda plushie is on the roof of the Yeti building, which is to the right of the stage’s spawn point. To reach it, players should grind the blue and orange awning, which can be accessed from the area with the frat kids or the multi-story car park.
Where to Find the San Francisco Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
The San Francisco panda plushie is up on the roof of the Pier 12 building near some dog graffiti.
Where to Find the Movie Studio Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
Players can find the Movie Studio panda plushie near a door to a restricted area directly beneath the Studio 34 sign. To reach it, players should spine transfer into the greenscreen bowl to the left of the spawn point and then grind across to the panda plushie using the nearby rail.
Where to Find the Alcatraz Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
The Alcatraz panda plushie is on some railings about halfway up a steam stack. To reach it, players should head up to the roof of the cellblock and then grind a rail over to the water tower. From there, they can jump onto another rail that will take them straight to the steam stack.
Where to Find the Waterpark Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
Players can find the Waterpark panda plushie on a ledge to the right of the large red bucket. To reach it, they should grind the right side of the slide at the spawn point and then hug the edge of the map. When they reach the large wooden ramp, they’ll need to gently drop off the right side to reach the ledge with the panda.
Where to Find the Kona Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
The Kona panda plushie is behind a dumpster on the far side of the park.
Where to Find the Shipyard Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
Players will find the Shipyard panda plushie on the top floor of the building near the large yellow crane to the left of where they spawn in. To reach it, they should use the elevator to head up to the roof of the building in the center of the map and then jump across to the roof of the nearby building. From there, they should jump onto the walkway beneath the AC duct to their right and then jump over the ramp to reach another walkway. From there, they can jump over the yellow railings to reach the area with the panda.
Where to Find the London Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
The London panda plushie is near some trash bags in the underground car park.
Where to Find the Zoo Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
The Zoo panda plushie is on a ledge on the left side of the wall that blocks the entrance to the lion enclosure over on the right side of the map. To reach it, players should use one of the vert ramps to ride up the wall and then grind to the left.
Where to Find the Pinball Panda Plushie in THPS 3+4
Players can find the Pinball panda plushie behind a billboard on a raised platform directly in front of where they spawn in. To reach it, they’ll need to ride the wall of the platform and then grind on the lip.
