Chasing Prestige ranks is a long-running series tradition, andCall of Duty: WWIIfeatures the usual Prestige system plus some other unique mechanics that set the game apart from the other entries in the franchise. There are a lot of rewards to grind for inCOD: WWII, and with XP bonuses constantly applied now that the game has gotten pretty old, it’s super easy to climb the ranks.

In addition to the classic Prestige system,Call of Duty: WWIIalso includes weapon Prestige and Division Prestige ranks. With these new systems, you can customize your weapons and soldiers with new cosmetics to show off your prowess to other players in multiplayer matches or at the Headquarters. The Prestige systems are all handled through the HQ inCOD: WW2, though, so new players may not know where to look at first.

Once you reach the maximum level of 55 inCall of Duty: WWII, you can visit Prestige Overlook at the Headquarters to reset your level and Prestige. This will reset you back to level one, but you’ll get a specialcalling cardand anew helmetdepending on your Prestige level. You’ll also get apermanent unlock tokenthat lets you pick any weapon from the game’s arsenal to keep, even though your level gets reset.

There are 10 Prestige ranks to progress through inCOD: WWII, and each one has a unique calling card and helmet so that other players can tell just how much time you’ve put into the game. Even though Prestige resets your level, you still keep any unlocked weapon attachments and retain your challenge progression. You’ll also get a new custom class slot for every Prestige, letting you try out more Divisions and weapons.

Division and Weapon Prestige Rewards

Call of Duty: WWIIalso lets youPrestige your Divisionsand individual weapons, and those give even more rewards. When you max out a Division and Prestige it for the first time, you’ll unlock theseweaponsandBasic Trainings.

You’ll also earn weapon XP for yourfavorite weaponsduring the grinding process, and taking a maxed-out weapon to the Gunsmith at the Headquarters will allow you to Prestige it and claim new cosmetic items. There are only two levels of weapon Prestige inCOD: WWII. The first weapon Prestige rank unlocks the ability to engrave yourclan tagonto your weapon, and the second weapon Prestige rank unlocks akill counterfor that gun.
