Developed byXCOMstudio Firaxis,Marvel’s Midnight Sunsis a turn-based, tactical RPG that focuses on the supernatural side of the Marvel Universe. Players take the role of a new hero named “The Hunter,” who joins forces with a mix of mainstream Avengers and secondary superheroes to defeat a demon army released by Hydra. Each of these heroes has a diverse range of attacks and special abilities, which players can unleash using cards in custom loadouts.
While many initially balked atMarvel’s Midnight Suns’ card-based format, the game was ultimately met with much praise for its strategic gameplay and how players could build relationships with their favorite Marvel superheroes outside the battlefield. Unfortunately,Marvel’s Midnight Sunsfell short of publisher 2K’s sales expectations and was being offered at a discount almost a month after launch.

Amazon Prime Gaming is included as part of an Amazon Prime subscription and offers a small assortment of titles that players can download and keep for a set amount of time. In contrast to free gaming giveaways like the kindregularly offered by Epic Games Store, Amazon Prime Gaming doesn’t let players download games directly, but rather gives out codes that can be redeemed on a certain storefront like GOG or Epic Games Store, though some can be played on the Amazon Games App.
