For the S Rank, players need to ensure that all targets are kept alive. To do so efficiently, and without dying, take a Beanbag Shotgun and Heavy Armor with Steel materials on the Front/Back, as this map is very small and players will notneed mobility. Anti-Flash Goggles and Flash Grenades are also great here, as players can toss them in unexplored rooms to make sure no enemy can ambush the player. As for tips for accessing the building safely, always peek through doors by looking at the doorknob and selecting the prompt that appears, then trace the slightly ajar door downwards to look for a wire. If players step on a trap, they’re instantly dead. Due to how tight the map is, it’s also a good idea to leave theAI Teammatesback at spawn.
How to Arrest Gerard Scott in A Lethal Obsession
Gerard Scott is one of the 3 suspects found in this mission, and he’s noted for having a guile suit (camo outfit). While players shouldn’t kill any of the suspects, Gerard Scott is the one that they definitely need to keep alive as he is one of the objectives. Since most maps have a random spawn placement for the suspects, it’s hard to pin down Gerard’s location. However, Gerard can usually be found in the basement, waiting around a corner, so keep Flashbangs handy for when exploring tight rooms. Gerard also resists arrest, even when being shot and commanded, so make sure your Beanbag Shotgun has plenty of ammo to shoot him with, but don’t shoot him in the head.
How to Bring Order to Chaos in A Lethal Obsession
There are 3 suspects in A Lethal Obsession, and plenty of traps to look out for. With this mission in particular, players are going to want toleave their AI Squadbehind by using the Hold command (Hold R1 and equip on the wheel). Leaving the AI Squad behind is a smart idea, as the building is very small andfilled with traps, so if the AI is lucky enough not to set off a trap, they are still going to get themselves killed. To begin, head up the stairs at the front (or back) of the house and peek through the door, and check thoroughly for a wire that can be cut to disarm the bomb on the other side of the door. As always, check corners and move slowly, as the building has multiple doors and a vent where the enemies will sometimes crawl through.
Sometimes, a bug will occur where the enemy can get stuck in the vent. In cases like this, just restart the mission.
Each suspect will have a weapon, so make sure to arrest them and then bag the gun as evidence. There are 4 evidence in total required for the S Rank, which means that one of the suspect will have two weapons, so make sure to check the floor once they have surrendered and been arrested. As for successfully subduing these enemies, it’s advised to start from the main floor, then head upstairs, then downstairs.
How to Find the Stolen Federal Documents in A Lethal Obsession
The only Soft Objective in A Lethal Obsession is the requirement to find the stolen federal documents. These are not hard to find and do not change spawn. Once players access the main floor of the house, look to the left area where the projection is. Opposite the projection, stacked up against a wall, is a mountain of stolen federal documents that can be reported.
