The Sim, aptly named MC Pregnancy, is actually married, but the children aren’t all with the same person. Fellow players have understandably been stunned at the sheer number, wondering how TheHeavyMetalQueen pulled it off. The OP explained that they usedSims 4mods, impregnating “everyone” the Sim met with triplets. It’s not clear if the Sim had more than one batch of children with any of the Sims he met, but in any case, it led to over 100 pregnancies.
